Do you work outside Manchester / the North West?

Yes, we operate UK-wide. Our office is based in Manchester but we regularly support construction and renewable energy projects across England, Scotland and Wales.
Can you act as Principal Designer on an existing project?

In most cases, yes — we can be appointed mid-project, though earlier involvement gives us more opportunity to influence design-stage risk decisions.
What's included in a retained consultancy agreement?

Retained clients get a named consultant, ongoing advisory access, policy and RAMS support, and scheduled site visits — scoped to your project size and risk level.
